Power of Movement offers a variety of training options to meet your needs




Private One-on-One Personal Training

Meet with Leslie on an individual basis for a more personalized approach to your fitness goals. We will meet with you to discuss your goals and to come up with a plan to get you moving, feeling better and getting results!

Semi-Private or “Buddy” Personal Training

Save by sharing your sessions with one (1) friend or family member.

Corporate Fitness Training

All fitness levels will be accommodated. This class is a a combination of strength and cardio exercises.
Minimum of 4 required.

High-Efficiency Personal Training

These intense 30 minute one-on-one sessions are suitable for existing clients and experienced exercisers. Due to limited instruction time, new clients must begin with one 60-minute training session before taking part in this program, or have the trainer’s approval.

Personal Training Policies

We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session; otherwise, you will be charged for the missed session. We cannot reschedule individuals within semi-private sessions.

No refunds for missed sessions unless prior arrangement was made.

To ensure your commitment, sessions must be paid for in advance.

All sessions must be used within 6 months unless prior arrangement was made.

We accept credit cards, checks and cash.
