Challenge every muscle in this total body strength training class that incorporates a variety of exercises and techniques. Shape and tone your body from head to toe using hand weights, resistance bands, your own body weight and more. Our Body Breakfast classes are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 6am – 7am in one of our facilities in Crystal City during inclement weather, and outdoors during the spring and summer.

A group class with individual results that integrates calisthenics and body weight exercises with strength and cardio training. Each class is customized to ensure participants are consistently challenged to optimize your workout.  We encourage every fitness level to participate and will ensure you are encouraged rather than intimidated in all of our classes.  So bring your towel, a mat, a friend and your desire to get fit to learn the Power of Movement.  Although our instructors may push you like a drill sergeant, our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. We want you to have tons of fun – but please be prepared for some high intensity training!
